Blessings from the Plenitud Family!

Even the plants are happy at Plenitud with all the service that they are giving! We have been planting and harvesting different kinds of greens and root crops such as taro, cassava, yam, tumeric, and ginger. With all this abundance, we are feeding many of the school kids and universities that visit us and our community. Many thanks to Mother Earth and the people that work with You!

Beautiful harvest from our farm!

Visit our Facebook page and check out our Instagram photos! We post delicious & healthy Plenitud recipes every week.

We prepare our tumeric on the farm in many ways. We dehydrate it to prepare tumeric powder, paste, and tasty golden milk. Find the recipe here.

Middlebury College Visited Plenitud PR

Students from Middlebury College's MALT program had a profound experience at Plenitud PR. Workshops on Permaculture & herbal medicine, service in schools and communities, and a visit to the beach were part of their Alternative Break in Puerto Rico. Thanks Middleburry for serving with us!

Plenitud PR Continues Collaborating with Local Schools

We keep nurturing the hearts of youth, sharing love for the earth, healthy food, yoga, and arts. This month we visited Raúl Ybarra Middle School in Maricao and Luis Muñoz Marín High School in Añasco. We learned from them to look at the world with the same child-like innocence and playfulness.

The Untethered Soul by Michael Singer

“Although various energy centers exist within you, the one you intuitively know the most about opening and closing is your heart.” (p. 54)

Inspirational Jam

Our dear friend Bada Haridas, and his wife Kosarupa Dasi, blessed us with a visit to the farm last week. Bada Haridas inspired us by sharing Kirtan, his practice of devotional music, and we invite you to listen one of our favorite songs: Kevalastakam.
