CREATING HEALTHY LOGIC MODELS

For many nonprofit managers and leaders, logic models are an afterthought and sometimes a necessary addition to a grant proposal that doesn’t have real value. If you haven’t been using logic models regularly in program development or are just skeptical of the value, this session will change your perspective.

Logic models create foundational support for planning, resource management, communication and even fundraising. For individual programs, logic models will help organizations:
• Make programs more efficient
• Make programs more effective
• Create clarity for funders
• Support grant applications
