Description WHAT CAN WE LEARN WHEN WE FAIL

This session will be a "deep dive" into a topic facing nonprofit CEOs, as they navigate the world of running a nonprofit.

One of the most important—and most deeply entrenched—reasons why established companies struggle to grow is fear of failure.
“The best and hardest work is done in the spirit of adventure and challenge…Mistakes will be made.”
“Mistakes aren’t a necessary evil, they aren’t evil at all. They are an inevitable consequence of doing something new….and should be seen as valuable.”
This sessions will include all materials and lunch, as well as a cocktail hour to network. It will be a great opportunity to get off the "hamster wheel" at the office - learn new approaches to old problems, create a network of support and have a little fun in the process.

Cost: AAN Members: FREE (EVERY SESSION) Non-Members: $75 (PER SESSION)
