Description We will be hosting 4 professional development sessions in the Birmingham area throughout the year. The theme for the training sessions is "A YEAR IN PLANNING". All of these sessions will build on each other, but will be stand alone sessions.
This session we will be covering Strategic Planning.

Create ORGANIZATIONAL CLARITY
Develop a timeline for EXTERNAL INPUT and SWOT ANALYSIS
Begin to outline possible THEMATIC GOALS, STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES, MEASURABLES and INITIATIVES

We will be utilizing material from The Advantage, New Business Model Generation, Balanced Scorecard, Network for Good and Harvard Business Review.

These sessions will include all materials and lunch. It will be a great opportunity to get off the "hamster wheel" at the office, learn about tools that will help you make meaningful plans and get going.
