Description
We will be hosting 4 professional development sessions in the Mobile area throughout the year. The theme for the training sessions is "A YEAR IN PLANNING". All of these sessions will build on each other, but will be stand alone sessions.
This session we will be covering Business Planning.

Distinguish who your customers are and WHAT THEY HEAR, WHAT THEY SEE, WHAT THEY THINK, WHAT THEY FEEL
Develop a CUSTOMER VALUE PROPOSITION for each
Determine COST STRUCTURE and possible REVENUE STREAMS
We will be utilizing material from The Advantage, New Business Model Generation, Balanced Scorecard, Network for Good and Harvard Business Review.
These sessions will include all materials and lunch. It will be a great opportunity to get off the "hamster wheel" at the office, learn about tools that will help you make meaningful plans and get going.
