Description DEVELOPING A STRATEGY

This session will be a "deep dive" into a topic facing nonprofit CEOs, as they navigate the world of running a nonprofit - Developing a STRATEGY

Find a BUSINESS or STRATEGIC planning tool that is right for you
Determine the OUTCOMES you are trying to achieve
Develop MEASUREABLES to MAP progress on your plan
We will have open conversations utilizing case studies and resources from Collins, Maxwell, Lencioni, and Drucker.
This sessions will include all materials and lunch, as well as a cocktail hour to network. It will be a great opportunity to get off the "hamster wheel" at the office - learn new approaches to old problems, create a network of support and have a little fun in the process.
