Can you think of all the teams you have been part of… Sports teams, academic teams, work teams, study teams, leadership teams and even our families? Have any of these teams been HEALTHY? Can you identify the things that made a team exceptional and can you replicate?

Exceptional teams start with trust and finish and ultimately focus on results - as a team. If you are part of a team, you can make it better.
