These CEO roundtable sessions will be a "deep dives" into a topic facing nonprofit CEOs, as they navigate the world of running a nonprofit.

This year, the framework for the topics will be the Standards for Nonprofit Excellence (SFX). The SFX program aims to raise the level of accountability, transparency, and effectiveness of all nonprofit organizations to foster excellence and inspire trust. SFX identifies 6 major areas of nonprofit governance and management with specific benchmarks and measures that provide a structured approach to building capacity, accountability, and sustainability in your organization.

If you are working on your Standards for Nonprofit Excellence Seal, thinking about applying for the Seal, or just want to get your organizational house in order, these will be great sessions to attend.

During this session we will focus on 3 topic areas that are a must for all successful nonprofit leaders. Nonprofits should have sound financial and operational systems in place and should ensure that accurate records are kept. The organization’s financial and non-financial resources must be managed with the upmost accuracy and transparency.
