Description HOW DO I GET MY STAFF ON-BOARD?

This session will be a "deep dive" into a topic facing nonprofit CEOs, as they navigate the world of running a nonprofit.
Most organization transformation originates from executives, but executives cannot make transformation happen alone. Without the help of managers, employees and support staff, these big change initiatives tend to have very little success when initiated into the real world.

This sessions will include all materials and lunch, as well as a cocktail hour to network. It will be a great opportunity to get off the "hamster wheel" at the office - learn new approaches to old problems, create a network of support and have a little fun in the process.
