Description We will be hosting 4 professional development sessions in the Birmingham area throughout the year.This year AAN’s training calendar will focus on INSPIRING RESULTS.

Board members, staff members, donors and volunteers create the work force that we need to get our job done. How will you, as a Nonprofit Executive bring out the best in others to help you accomplish mission?
This session we will be BOARD OF DIRECTORS – Inspire Volunteer Leaders to Make a Difference in the World

Does the board and staff understand roles and responsibilities?
Is the board and committee structure working?
Do your board agendas have questions?
Do you have robust board meetings that are interesting and thoughtful?


These sessions will include all materials and lunch. It will be a great opportunity to get off the "hamster wheel" at the office, learn about tools that will help you make meaningful plans and get going.
