Description We will be hosting 4 professional development sessions in the Birmingham area throughout the year.This year AAN’s training calendar will focus on INSPIRING RESULTS.

Board members, staff members, donors and volunteers create the work force that we need to get our job done. How will you, as a Nonprofit Executive bring out the best in others to help you accomplish mission?
This session we will be STAFF & LEADERSHIP TEAM – Inspire Team Members to Be the Best They Can Be

Do you have clarity about the organization’s structure?
Do you understand employee’s strengths and weakness and how to manage each?
Have you developed a healthy leadership team?
Does EVERYONE in the organization understand their role in achieving mission?
How do you recognize and celebrate your employees

These sessions will include all materials and lunch. It will be a great opportunity to get off the "hamster wheel" at the office, learn about tools that will help you make meaningful plans and get going.
