Description This training session will be led by Danielle Dunbar, Executive Director of the Alabama Association of Nonprofits.

In this session, we will help participants (we encourage staff and board members to attend) understand the roles, responsibilities, succession plans, and composition of your Board of Directors. Participants will receive four educational resource packets full of samples and examples. At the end of the training session you will complete the second section of the Standards for Excellence organizational assessment and planning tool.

Level: 101 and open to all

This training will be offered in Montgomery and on Zoom.

You may register for the hybrid training or a link to the recorded training with materials. Registration for the live version ends on 1/17/22, and registration for the recorded session ends on 1/20/23.

A cap of 25 in person and 20 online attendees on 1/20/22.
Registration cap for recorded session is unlimited.

All registrants will be emailed a homework assignment and resource packets a week before the training, and an invitation to the Zoom meeting (for online participants) the day before the training.
