To help you develop a strong team, our “Leveraging the 6-Cs to Motivate & Inspire Your Team” training will highlight six components of an effective team including Composition (of the team), Communication, Clarity (of goals), Collaboration, Culture and Commitment.

Your Trainer: Melva Tate, CEO/Human Capital Strategist

Often called the “HR Fixer,” Melva has successfully navigated the complicated world of human resource management for 25+ years. Her areas of expertise include:

Cultural & Compliance Training, Diversity & Inclusion Consulting, EEO Compliance and Mediation, Employee Relations & Engagement, Title VII / Title IX Investigations, and Leadership Coaching.

Melva holds a B.S. degree in Human Resource Management and an Executive MBA; she is a Certified Life Coach, Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and DiSC Team Training Facilitator certifications. Melva is also a Navy veteran and received the Navy Achievement Medal for her commendable and exceptional active duty service.

Melva’s commitment to her profession and the community has earned her recognition as a 2022 recipient of the Joseph R.
