Description Leveraging the 6-Cs to Motivate & Inspire Your Team

Every organization desires a strong team that’s efficient and productive. As a leader, your job is to inspire and motivate your team to work to the best of their abilities. To help you develop a strong team, our “Leveraging the 6-Cs to Motivate & Inspire Your Team” training will highlight six components of an effective team including Composition (of the team), Communication, Clarity (of goals), Collaboration, Culture and Commitment.

By the end of this training, participants will be able to:

. Understand the importance of having the right talent, in the right positions, on the team.
. Leverage communication as a vital component of an effective team.
. Set and clarify the team’s mission and goals.
. Establish processes that drive team collaboration.
. Implement guidelines and expectations that foster an innovative culture.
. Model behaviors that promote team commitment and talent retention.
