Join us as we explore a new retreat model in the Twin Cities. Designed for folks with full schedules, this offering allows you to engage in quality teaching and deep immersion, while still being able to return home in the evening. Saturday meals included.

As a professional dancer, voice healer, spiritual care provider, and Zen priest,
Myo-O Habermas-Scher knows what it is like to feel exhausted and to need time and space for restoration and healing. That is why she offers an opportunity for people to tune into themselves through awareness of their voice and body.

While on retreat, we will experience the warmth and expertise of Myo-O’s many years of experience in leading others through exercises and meditations. We will also offer time for sharing and reflection with others.
