Join us for this family event held on the grounds of the Troy Farm (South Blvd. and Beach Road). To accommodate social distancing, Runners and Walkers will participate on a scattered-start basis and on separate courses this year. Runners will enjoy a route to the nature center and back. Walkers will enjoy the challenging trail course that winds through the meadows and woods of the Troy Farm. Adults and Youth participants will receive a finisher's award. Light refreshments to "take with" will be offered.

Youngsters aged 10 and under are invited to participate in their own Little Sprout Sprint race and will receive a finisher's award. First 50 "Sprouts" to pre-register will receive a nature cape to run their mini-course. Parents may assist their children on the course free of charge.

5K Runner awards for Top Female Finisher and Top Male Finisher, along with awards for the top male & female finishers in first, second and third place in ten different age groups. In order to accommodate social distancing guidelines, race results will be posted online by Monday, June 14th. Top Winner awards can be picked up at the nature center exhibit hall during open hours beginning Tuesday, June 15th.

Pre-registration required. NO walk-in registrations on day-of event!.

PARTICIPANTS MUST PRE-REGISTER ONLINE BY MAY 21st to get "early bird" pricing and to be guaranteed an event t-shirt.
$25 Adult registration. (Increases to $30 after May 21st).
$15 Youth 5K Run /2K Walk registration. (Ages 11-15 years).
$15 Little Sprout Sprint registration. (Ages 10 and under).

Pre-race bib pick-up, late registration:
Sunday, June 6th | 1:00 pm- 4:00 pm
Thursday, June 10th | 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm
at Stage Nature Center located at:
6685 Coolidge Road, Troy.
Cash, check or credit accepted.

This event is held at the Troy Farm at South Blvd. and Beach Road. DO NOT arrive at the Stage Nature Center Interpretive building.

9:00 am Little Sprout Sprint
9:15 am Scattered-start for 5K Runners followed immediately by 2K scattered-start for 2K Walkers
Event concludes between approximately 11:30 am - 12:30 pm.
