Payment Options

Description A limited number of "Leases" are available for purchase through January 27, 2023.

Tap into history and welcome spring with Stage Nature Center's popular annual Rent-a-Maple event! Help support our sugar bush by "leasing" a maple tree. Your name will hang on a tree during the syrup season to acknowledge your generous support. Holiday gift leases must be purchased by December 14, 2022.

A limited # of trees will be available for participants to tap themselves or to be tapped by staff members. You have the choice of "leasing" a maple tree that will be tapped by your group of up to 5 participants (at $55 per tree), a maple tree that will be tapped by staff members (at $45 per tree), or a maple tree that will not be tapped (at $40 per tree). All tree leases include a Rent-a-Maple package that will contain the following:

~ Name tag on tree from February 25 through March 31
~ A pint of pure maple syrup
~ A spile for tree tapping at home
~ Maple sugar candy
~ Certificate of appreciation
~ Other special surprises

Rent-a-Maple packages will be available for pick-up at the SNC starting on February 25, 2023. Groups that are tapping their own trees will be scheduled to tap on February 25, 2023.

Registration Instructions: 1) Please begin by choosing the category and quantity of R-A-M leases you wish to purchase and clicking the Order and Register tab shown above.

2) After submitting your payment information, please be sure to fill out a registration form online. The form can be downloaded from our website at:

3) After registration is complete, a staff member will contact you with details and to schedule a time for your group on February 25, 2023 to tap your tree with a staff member if you have purchased a participant-tapped maple tree "lease" for $55.

Holiday gift leases must be purchased by December 14, 2022 to guarantee certificate delivery.

Deadline to purchase leases: January 27, 2023.
