How We Keep Our Republic: Volunteer!

Here is what the Hanover Republican Committee is doing to help us win in November. We need your help, please click the Register button to bring up our registration form, and one of our Executive Committee or Taskforce members will contact you.


1) Registering New Voters

• Hanover Republicans will hold multiple voter registration events until the established deadline (the Virginia deadline for voter registration).
• Voter Registration Booth – Green Top Sporting Goods and possibly other venues in Hanover County.
• 2nd Amendment voter note  – Only half of gun owners are registered to vote. Please urge every gun owner/hunter you know to register to vote this November.

2) Get Out the Vote

• Door Knocking - Walking selected Neighborhoods to register people to vote and to push out our vote this November.
• Christian/Church Outreach - Where allowed, we will distribute non-partisan voter guides to all Hanover County churches to place in their bullentins.

3) Election Day and Early Voting

• Early Voting (Outside Precinct Table) and Election Day (Outside Precinct (Table) – We need volunteers to man the Central Absentee Precinct (CAP) during Early Voting and at the 36 Hanover County precincts on Election Day.
• Election Day Poll Watchers (Inside Precinct Operations) – Help us maintain voter integrity inside the polls. Training will be provided.
