We are sorry to announce the cancellation of our 2020 Gala and Fundraiser.
However, that doesn’t mean you can’t celebrate with us in 2021! We’re more committed than ever to the values, principles, and community that got us this far. Hull Raiser 2021 will be bigger and better as we celebrate the school’s 40th anniversary in sharing hands-on education. Save-the-date for April 17, 2021! |

Many people have asked how they can help. Knowing that the financial markets are also in a state of uncertainty, we’ve been humbled that this week several people have donated what they had intended to give during the gala, as well as roll their event ticket purchase into a donation. If you’d like to join our virtual fund-a-need paddle raise, please fill out the form above.

Where does your support really go after all the fun, wine, and food fade away?

While we can’t celebrate the students and alumni in person, one thing is more clear than ever, this work is worth doing! I want to share one example of how the Boat School changes lives and brings timeless skill sets and confidence to students and alumni who learn these hands-on trades. |

| “I was 30 years old and felt like I didn't know how to do anything. I didn’t know how to work with my hands."
Adam had a research career studying heart attacks and strokes but wanted to change to a career where he could work with his hands. After graduating from the Traditional Wooden Boatbuilding program, Adam enrolled into the 6-month Marine Systems Program. “I came to the school and found a chance to do something different, gratifying, and real.”
