FIRST SHOTS
There’s never been a better time to take your First Shots!

Join us for a First Shots® introductory range session where you’ll receive professional guidance on safe firearm handling and shooting practices. Discover the excitement of a thrilling new sport and enjoy a new sense of accomplishment unlike any other. This event will cover shooting with .22 caliber handguns only. Everything you need is included in the $20 price!

Shooters must be 8 or older. Shooters 8-17 must be accompanied by a parent.

INTRODUCTION TO HANDGUNS:
This introductory course is designed for new shooters or anyone looking to build a solid foundation in safe, confident handgun handling. Through clear instruction and hands-on practice, students will learn the essential skills required for accurate and responsible pistol shooting. Topics include proper stance, grip, sight alignment, sight picture, trigger control, follow-through, and recoil management. We also cover safe loading and unloading procedures, range etiquette, and fundamental marksmanship principles.

ENHANCED CONCEALED CARRY WEAPONS CLASS:
Our South Dakota Enhanced Concealed Carry Weapons (CCW) class is a comprehensive training course designed for responsible gun owners who want to expand their carry privileges and meet the state’s higher standard for firearm proficiency. Currently the South Dakota Enhanced Permit allows you to legally carry in 39 states. The class covers essential legal instruction, including South Dakota statutes, use-of-force principles, reciprocity rules, and real-world considerations for carrying a concealed firearm. Students gain a clear understanding of when defensive force is legally justified, how to interact with law enforcement while armed, and the responsibilities that come with holding an enhanced permit.

The class lasts approximately 4 hours, including live fire on our range. You will need 100 rounds of ammunition. Must be 18 or older to attend this class.

Once you’ve signed up for the class, we’ll send you the information to help ensure you have a safe, informative, and enjoyable experience.

In case a conflict arises, and you can't attend your scheduled class, please notify us as soon as possible and you will be rescheduled for a future class.
