Description Ending Well: Empowering Conversations about Death & Dying

The natural circle of life reminds us that we will not live forever. While our culture resists talking about the taboo topic of death, we can be empowered to live more fully through conversations, reflections, and making practical plans for death and dying. This series is designed to cultivate peace and empowerment (within us and our loved ones), while letting go of fear.

You are invited to join Mabeth Hudson for this encouraging program where you will explore stories and perspectives on death, contemplate the things that are uniquely important for you to live and die well, and gain practical tools and steps to prepare yourself and your loved ones.

Through didactic sharing of information with Mabeth, personal reflection, and small group conversations, you will:

· Become aware of the need to make choices about what is important to you as you face the final chapters,
· Feel more confident about guiding your loved ones in your desires,
· Have an action plan for conversations with loved ones and your medical team,
· Realize you not alone, and
· Reduce fear and increase empowerment.

This program is designed for people in the second half of life, anyone with loved ones nearing the end of their life, and anyone who wishes to reduce their fear of death. Join us for this soul nourishing program and leave empowered to live and die more fully and peacefully in this sacred season of life.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We recognize that sometimes plans change and you may not be able to attend a program for which you are registered. On rare occasions, the Well may also need to cancel or reschedule a program. Both situations are disappointing, but we are prepared with the following options.

If a program is cancelled by Well for the Journey, or rescheduled and you cannot make the new date, a full refund will be provided to you. For programs with pre-scheduled Inclement Weather Dates, refunds will be provided only if both the original scheduled date and the planned Weather Date are cancelled.

If you are unable to attend a program for which you are registered, you may gift your ticket to another party. Please notify the Well with your request at kristan@wellforthejourney.org and provide the name, mailing address, and email address of the person who is taking your place at the program.

If you cancel your registration 72 hours or more prior to the program start time, you may request a refund up to 50% of the program fee or request that your 50% refund be donated to the Well’s Scholarship Fund. Please contact the Well with your request at kristan@wellforthejourney.org .

Refunds are not available for cancellations when notification is received by the Well in less than 72 hours prior to the start of the program so that sufficient funds are available to cover the Well’s administrative expenses.

We sincerely appreciate your consideration of the time and effort that the Well and your Facilitator put forth in bringing your program to life and thank you for your understanding of our Cancellation Policy.
