Bloom into Summer: Reset + Renew your Body, Mind, & Spirit Retreat
Welcome the summer with a day of retreat on Delight Farm in northern Baltimore County to reconnect with joy, wonder, and play and set intentions for the summer. We will gather in the barn to explore the energies and invitations of summer. Our time together will include gentle yoga, breath work, reflection, conversation, creation of a wildflower seed ball, and the restorative connection to nature. Participants will: · Flow in a gentle yoga practice designed to invite in cooling balance to the energetic summer months; · Learn practical breathing exercises to use in everyday life; · Join community to participate in conversation, self-reflection, and learning; · Create summer intentions to bring heart and mind into alignment for your summer season desires; · Connect with nature and leave with a special gift of summer. Please bring your own lunch, yoga mat, and gardening gloves that can get dirty. If you do not have a yoga mat and/or gardening gloves, some will be provided. Wear casual clothes and comfortable walking shoes. Water will be provided.

FACILITATOR BIOS:
Mabeth Hudson Mabeth Hudson is the co-founder of Well for the Journey and is passionate about helping people attend to the spiritual dimension of being human. She has led programs for over two decades on themes such as living joyfully in stressful times, deepening compassion, strengthening resilience, and conscious and contemplative aging. Mabeth holds a JD from Emory University School of Law and a Masters in Spiritual Care from Loyola University Maryland. She feels blessed to be living in the rolling hills of rural Baltimore County (a/k/a The Hereford Zone!)
Sarah Hudson Sarah Hudson has a diverse skill set and a passion for personal growth and well-being. She spent 11+ years in the corporate world leveraging her CPA and subsequently in Human Resources leadership. She is currently pursuing a more focused career in Coaching to support others in individual growth, empowerment, and holistic well-being. She recently obtained her 200h Yoga Teacher Training and is in the process of obtaining a Leadership and Performance Coaching Certification through Brown University / act Leadership. She grew up on Delight Farm and is excited to welcome people to its beautiful landscape.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If a program is cancelled by Well for the Journey, or rescheduled and you cannot make the new date, a full refund will be provided to you. For programs with pre-scheduled Inclement Weather Dates, refunds will be provided only if both the original scheduled date and the planned Weather Date are cancelled.
If you are unable to attend a program for which you are registered, you may gift your ticket to another party. Please notify the Well with your request at kristan@wellforthejourney.org and provide the name, mailing address, and email address of the person who is taking your place at the program.
If you cancel your registration 72 hours or more prior to the program start time, you may request a refund up to 50% of the program fee or request that your 50% refund be donated to the Well’s Scholarship Fund. Please contact the Well with your request at kristan@wellforthejourney.org .
