“The Flock” Journaling Community
We can learn so much from nature. Just as geese join together to fly in formation to make the journey easier for each other, so can we join together to support and strengthen one other during these challenging times. Please join us for a three-part series to connect and find support through the practice of journaling. You are also welcome to join sessions individually. In each session, participants will respond and journal to several writing prompts. Engaged discussion of reflections will offer support, encouragement, insight and most importantly deeper spirituality. No previous journaling experience is required. Please bring a notebook or paper and pen/pencil to journal with “the flock”. This group is limited to 12 participants. Registration closes 24 hours prior to the session start.
“By flying in 'V' formation, the whole flock adds at least 71 percent greater flying range than if each bird flew on its own. People who share a common direction and sense of community can get where they are going more quickly and easily because they are traveling on the thrust of one another.” Author Unknown
