Grades K-6

Preregistration is required. REGISTRATION ENDS AT 3PM THE DAY OF CLASS.

Thursday May 7, 4-5:30 PM: STRETCHY SCULPTURES
Artists will learn about form and shape and create their very own sculpture with an unlikely sculpting material, dance tights and wire!

Wednesday, May 13, 4-5 PM: COLLAGE CREATIONS
Artists will learn how to harvest images from magazines and compose a collage.

Thursday, May 21, 4-5 PM: MONOPRINTING MADNESS
Artists will learn two different forms of mono printing! One using a plastic surface to make a reusable print plate, and one using foam print plates to carve out an image that can be printed over and over.

Thursday, May 28, 4-5:30 PM: BATIK BONANZA
Artists will learn the textile art of creating a batik fabric with a glue resist.

**Classes are nonrefundable unless for an emergency and cancelled before the class begins. In this case, it will be decided on a case-by-case basis by the board of directors. There will be a $5 processing fee deducted from all refunds for classes paid for online.
